Refund policy
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14days after receiving your item to request an exchange for the same item(s) or store credit ONLY (according to tracking records).
Giselle's Chic Boutique gladly accepts returns for store credit and exchanges. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Every package is inspected twice for any defects. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at giselleschicboutique@gmail.com. Make sure to include your full name, order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange. Please allow 3-4 business days for a response. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 3 days to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as:
- Undergarments- lingerie and bodysuits
- Special orders- pre orders
- Personalized items (monogrammed)
- Doorbusters
- Final sale items
- Jewelry- Earrings

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns only exchange or store credit.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item(s) you have, and once the exchange is accepted, you will be notified when your item(s) has shipped or when your store credit is available for you. Costumers are responsible for all shipping costs for any exchanges.
Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after
checkout.
